COLORADO William Patrick Duggan, Jr., 88, passed away May 27, 2022 in Pueblo, Colorado. He was a beloved son of the late William P. Duggan, Sr., and the late Mary C. (Cullinan) Duggan.
Born May 2, 1934, in Lowell, he was raised and educated in the local schools, graduating from Lowell High School. Mr. Duggan served for two years with the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
He made his longtime home in Lowell, and was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church. He and his family moved to Sutton, NH in the late 1970’s, and in his retirement, he moved to Florida and than to Colorado. Throughout his lifetime, William worked as a security guard in both New Hampshire and Florida.
He had many passions in life and especially loved the New England Patriots, the Boston Burins, and the Boston Red Sox. He was very athletic and enjoyed golfing, skiing, and was a great ice skater
His survivors include his children, Mary Lou Parker and her husband, William F. Mellor, of Manchester, NH, Thomas P. Duggan and his wife, Moira M., of Navarre, FL, and Alice Fay Duggan and her fiancee, Gregory W. Spitzer, of Pueblo West, CO; his grandchildren, Thomas P. Parker of Manchester, NH, Nathan Duggan of Navarre, FL, Matthew Duggan of Pensacola, FL, and Mary Frances Patterson and her husband, Matthew, of Pueblo West, CO; his great grandchildren, Draden, Brian, Bentley, Sean, and Patrick; as well as several nieces and nephews and friends he made throughout his lifetime.
He was also predeceased by his brother, Thomas Duggan.
