Selina Mills Stephens, 66, of Lowell, passed away after a period of declining health on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Proceeded in death by her parents, Billy and Sybil Mills, and baby Travis. She was the loving partner of Tony Gil for more than thirty years.
Born December 1, 1958, in Fort Myers, Florida, she was raised and educated in that area, moving to Marathon to raise her own family. She eventually relocated to Port Charlotte where she met her other half, Tony, and moved to Lowell making her home here for the past thirty years.
Selina enjoyed family visits and time spent with friends. She had worked as a waitress while in Florida in her younger years and worked at Vics Waffle House in Tewksbury for over twenty years.
Her survivors include her beloved, Tony Gil; her children Shieloh Stephens, Dusty Stephens, and Sandahl Stephens all of Florida; her grandchildren; her siblilngs, Melina Chaplin, Willie Mills, Monica Clay, and Waylon Mills; as well as the friends she made at the Waffle House and those she met along the way.
At her request, her funeral was held privately. A celebration of Selina’s life will be held at a later date.
