John L. Muldoon

John L. Muldoon, 64, a lifelong Lowell resident, passed away Monday, August 28, 2023, at his home with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Nancy (Arpin) Muldoon, with whom he had shared thirty four years of marriage.

A son of the late John J. Muldoon and the late Mary (Taylor) Muldoon, he was born November 10, 1958, in Lowell, and was educated in the local schools, graduating from Greater Lowell Technical High School.

John worked for Tecomet in Wilmington for over twenty five years as a maintenance assistant until illness forced his retirement. He loved time spent with his family and also loved to watch Nascar, enjoyed scuba diving, and always enjoyed a pot or two of coffee a day. He was also a member of the Billerica Rod and Gun Club.

In addition to his loving wife, Nancy, he is survived by his children, Matthew Muldoon and his wife, Amanda, of Lowell, Jonathan Muldoon of Lowell, Michael Theriault of Nashua, and Christina Theriault of Florida; his grandchildren; his sister, Elizabeth Muldoon of Lowell; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and his friends including his good friends, Ronnie and Gary.

To honor his wishes, there will be no services. In his memory, please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society, Post Office Box 1120, Framingham, MA. 01701.     John was had a kind spirit and was a friend to many. I enjoyed working with him for many years at both Raytheon and Tecomet.
