On Tuesday, April 14, 2020, Hien Thi Truong, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away at 77 after a lengthy battle with cancer.
She was born on February 2, 1943 in Vietnam. She was raised and educated in Vietnam. She came to the United States in 1989 settling in Lowell, and became a U.S. Citizen in 2005. She enjoyed traveling all over the world, especially southeast Asia and most importantly, to Vietnam to visit extended families.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Nhi Thi Truong, and Father Du Van Pham. She is survived by her husband, Suong Thach, her son, Hung Truong, daughter-in-law, Xinh Pham. three grandchildren, Anna Pham, Tina Pham, Harry Pham, and her great grandchild, Sophia Funes-Pham.
