Brenda Mae Stasio

Brenda Mae (Phillips) Stasio, 66 of Lowell, passed away Friday, August 16, 2019 at Lowell General Hospital unexpectedly after a recent surgery. Born June 27, 1953, in Lowell, she was the oldest of six children of the late Orrin O. Phillips and the late Marilyn A. (Marcotte) Phillips, and grew up and attended Lowell High School and then Middlesex Community College.
She made her lifelong home in Lowell, and worked as an Engineering Technical Assistant for Phillips Corporation in Andover for the last 18 years. Family was her life and Brenda enjoyed time spent with her family, especially her grandson, Seth. She also loved to cook and shop especially when it was for her family.
Her survivors include her sons, Mark Phillips and his wife, Kelly of New Hampshire, Christopher Stasio and his companion, Tara Trenholm of Lowell, and Joshua Stasio and his companion, Katie Thuotte of Lowell; her brothers, Carl Phillips of Lowell, and Alan Phillips and his wife, Diane of Lowell; her sisters, Patricia Metlzer and her husband, Stephen of Manchester, NH, and Kathy Baillargeon and her husband, Richard of Salem,NH; as well as her three grandchildren, including Seth Rosario, as well as many nieces and many nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers, the late Daryl Phillips, and the late Leroy Phillips; and her sister in law, the late Kelly Phillips.

    Love lifted me… love lifted me…

    One of my fondest memories of Auntie Brenda was listening to her sing to her boys while she rocked them to sleep as infants. I sang this song to my own daughter many years later.

    Love lifted me when nothing else would do… <3
