Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Mary E. (Correia) Beaulieu

LOWELL — Mary E. (Correia) Beaulieu, 86, a lifelong Lowell resident, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 2, 2026, at Lowell General Hospital after a brief illness. She was the beloved widow of Alfred J. Beaulieu, who died in 2005.

A daughter of the late Joseph and Eva (Dysko) Correia, Mary was born on December 2, 1939, in Lowell, where she was raised and educated, graduating from Lowell High School.

Mary made her home in the Belvidere section of the city and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. For over thirty-five years, she served as a daycare provider for Community Teamwork Incorporated. Her favorite pastime was playing bingo—any bingo hall, anytime. Above all, her world revolved around her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored.

Her survivors include her daughter, Sandra Berrio and her husband, Jaime, of Lowell; her daughter-in-law, Noelle Beaulieu of Reading; her grandchildren, Tyler Berrio, Andrew Berrio, Danielle Beaulieu, Samantha Beaulieu, and Brooke Beaulieu; her sister, Martha Correia of Dracut; and her many cherished nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

She was predeceased by her son, Alan Beaulieu, as well as her siblings, Sheila Correia, Natalie Secchiaroli, Brenda Strong, Florence Hunt, Joseph (Sonny) Correia, Jr., James (Jimmy) Correia, Robert Correia, and Doreen Correia.

You are invited to join her family for her Funeral Mass on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 144 East Merrimack Street, Lowell. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Tewksbury. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38105.
