LOWELL — William E. Jutras, 84, a longtime resident of Lowell, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of the late Marianne M. (Melanson) Jutras, who passed away in 2011.

He coached both baseball and soccer for many years and was a constant presence cheering on his children and grandchildren at their games and events.

He had a passion for travel and especially enjoyed trips to Las Vegas and Branson, Missouri. Above all, Bill loved spending time with his family, who were the heart of his life.

He is survived by his children, Gerard Jutras and his wife Judith of Hudson, NH, Erica Kopacz and her husband Richard of Tewksbury, and Michelle Crockett of Lowell; his six grandchildren, Kristine Jutras, William Jutras and his companion Sophie Palmer, Corey Goodwin and his companion Kailyn Kerrigan, Makayla Goodwin, Nicole Kopacz and her companion Mitchell McLaughlin, and Tyler Kopacz; and two great-granddaughters, Madelyn Goodwin and Aubrey Jutras.
